*Source language is the language in which your document/article is written in. Target language is the language in which your document/article is translated to. e.g. (Source Language) Arabic translated into English (Targeted Language).

** Turnaround time is the average timeframe required to get your work completed during 
Malaysian working days  (Monday - Friday).

[]* minimum word count. If the total number of word count for your document is less than this minimum, the translation fee will be defaulted to the fee for the minimum word count.

Eg. Your document's word count is 138 and you want the express package.
So the translation fee will be RM0.24 x 250 = RM60.00.

The fee is dependent on the difficulty/technicality of the document/article to be translated/proofread. The client must provide the data in soft copy in either one of this format - in individual files or .zip format of .doc/.html/.txt.

Payment Through Maybank or CIMB

Please follow these 4 simple steps:

4. Once your payment is confirmed, receipt will be issued and your order will be processed within 24 hours working day.

International Clients
We accept the following method of payment:




Local Business/Company Clients

1. Get your free quotation.

2. Based on the quotation, kindly issue us an authorized Purchase Order (PO)
(Back dated PO is NOT acceptable).

3. Fax your PO to us +60380614942

4. Translation will commence after we have received your P.O.

5. Invoice will be issued upon completion of the translation work.

6. After the translation job is completed, kindly issue a crossed check made payable to: 


And through registered mail, send it to:



International Business/Company Clients

1. Get your free quotation.

2. Based on the quotation, choose a package that you want and please inform us.

3. We will then issue you an invoice.

3.a.  For services that amounts to USD500.00 and above, 50% payment is required and
the remainder 50% is paid after the service is completed. Skip 3.b. and go to step 4.

3.b. For services that amounts to less than USD 500.00, 100% upfront full payment is required.
This is done through Paypal or Western Union or MoneyGram. Skip steps 4 & 8.

6. Translation will commence after we have received your PO (or payment for 3.b).

7. Translation will be completed as stated in the invoice.

8. After the translation job is completed, kindly pay the remainder 50%.
