Step
2: Get a quotation
Submit to us your document for a quotation.
Once
we receive your document, we will send back an email
confirming that we have
receive your document.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please
don't
assume we have received your quoatation request - check with us first!
We accept documents in .zip file or individual file in .doc or .txt or
.html format.
Please include complete
information of the following:
- Your Full Name
- Your Contact Phone No.
- Organization Name or Individual
- Address (including country)
- Service
(Translation/Proofread/Editing)
- Package
(Economy/Cruise/Standard)
You'll
receive a quotation from us within 24 hours.

Step
3: Make payment
Please read the payment
method page and make payment.
If we do not receive
payment confirmation from you within seven days of giving you our
quotation, we assume you do not want to use our services.

4: Proof
of payment
When submitting your payment receipt/deposit slip, please include complete
information of the following:

Quotation
Number:
Payment
option: (Full upfront payment or service rendered per installment)
Once
we have confirmed receive your payment, we will send you a
confirmation email.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours working day,
please don't
assume we have received your payment - check with us first!

ONLY PROOF OF PAYMENT WITH COMPLETE INFORMATION WILL BE PROCESSED

Step 5: We translate/proofread your document
Translating/proofreading begins immediately assuming there are no
problems with payment.

Step 6: We return your document
You will receive the completed document in the format that you gave us
(either .zip or individual files in .doc/.html/.txt).
You can view past snippet samples of our work to see what they
look like.

Step 7: No-Cost Revisions if
Required
In
99% of cases, clients are pleased with our work the first time. However
we are very happy to revise or clarify any areas of our work. Please
inform us the required revision immediately - within seven days of we
returning your work.
We perform revisions at no extra charge provided that they are within
the scope of the original project. If we do not hear from you
within seven days of returning your
work, we assume that you are satisfied with it.
If
you request additional work on new content or a change of formatting to
that first requested, there may be an additional charge. You will
always
be informed of any additional charges before we begin.
